unfair for PTD to discriminate other scheme

well... this is outrageous... the recect re-organization of MOT was considered unfair

why? because during the presentation of the re-organization... PTD lamely justify other ministry have upgrade their SUB to Jusa C... so why can't us?

other department(not the so called M schme) in MOT have struggle to present their work 'loads' and responsibilty and yet they don't get it even for 54 grade... how come this thing happen?

PTD must not be selfish in promoting their scheme only... others can be JUSA too...
when someone called JUSA they should not be bare to hold other higher post in government

why can't engineer, doctor or accountant hold higher post like KSN, KSP or KPPA?

why in the world PEGAWAI TADBIR DIPLOMATIK treat other scheme like this?

konsep persekutuan dengan negeri tak tau nak beza

dia ni pengalaman kat dalam kabinet ..CIPUT sangat...timbalan menteri(pengangkutan) jer...tak pernah menteri penuh persekutuan...pasai dia tak tau cakap omputih

menang presiden persatuan belia dunia dulu pon pasai pandai MABUKKAN perwakilan Pak Arab kat KL dulu... kalau tak caya coba tanya Pak Yasin Salip
