SPRM.... salary revision

wow....SPRM must have new salary in order to concentrate on their work... that's fine with me

SPRM will concentrate on others undivided starting 2nd January of 2009

i wonder who will look after the SPRM itself... is there any mechanism that will allowed others to see SPRM operation without any doubt that they will not misused 'anything'?

whatever step taken ...it must have 'check and balance' and not only one part checking without being monitored by others

so ... i hope SPRM will always take my 'tips' even though they're upgraded now( i knew some of my tips frozen due to political interference...hehehe )

my email have been banned by a ministry which issue guidance and policy related to finance in Malaysia

that ministry should have banned all the rules if their officer resist to ENFORCED them

when things happen like at the Bukit Antarabangsa, then they will ask authority like JKR and IKRAM to look at the matter....when at the first place before project to be proceed the could have done it.... referring to the EXPERT

but the norm things in Malaysia...LET IT HAPPEN, THEN WE RECTIFY...NO NEED TO THE STUDY FIRST

Perbendaharaan didapati tidak serius dalam menguruskan kewangan negara apabila melepaskan ramai kakitangan awam dari tindakan tatatertib setelah mereka melanggar peraturan/prosedur kewangan

Ini mengakibatkan kerajaan kerugian kerana terpaksa menutup kesalahan mereka dengan 'berbelanja kali kedua' untuk 'memperbetulkan keadaan'

Ianya juga terjadi kerana Perbendaharaan mendapat tekanan dari parti memerintah untuk 'menutup sebelah mata'

Keadaan ini jika dibiarkan berterusan boleh menyebabkan kerajaan terus menggalakkan pelanggaran undang-undang dan rasuah

Kakitangan awam yang sering memberi alasan terlepas pandang atau mendapat arahan dari orang politik ini mesti segera dihukum supaya mereka yang tidak kompeten ini digantikan oleh orang yang lebih berkelayakan

Janganlah PTD di Perbendaharaan terlampan sangat nak menjaga hati(bodek) orang politik maka kepentingan negara diabaikan

what is the threshold of living beyond your means? stupid writer dont even thought of it as criminal that the government aimed for.

criminal dont have legitimate income...and they will launder their illegal money through means like Pub, Along, Used-car dealers and so on

so when people living beyond their means.... they must have answer on how they get the money to live like that

i just could not understand why the writer didnt thought of it like that

this criminal must be prosecute by ACA thru anti money laundering act

i'm not against it... but now it is time to review when the school should operates?

to integrate national unity or Bangsa Malaysia... we should follow indonesia, singapura, thailand and philiphine... they succeed

I'M PROPOSING THAT WE SHOULD SEND OUR KIDS TO NATIONAL SCHOOL FOR THE 7 A.M. TO 2 P.M. SESSION. VERNACULAR SCHOOL CAN START AT 3 P.M. TO 6 P.M., AND THIS GOES WELL TO SEKOLAH AGAMA RAKYAT TOO...AND THEY SHOULD BE LITERATE ABOUT THEIR RACES/RELIGION IN 3 HOURS DAILY...BE IT IN THEORY OR PRACTICAL

and my question to you out there is ... WHY NOT?

kerajaan kena tipu...ke?

Mutakhir ini sering kali kita dengar masalah yang melibatkan bangunan kerajaan di sekolah seperti tembok pagar runtuh, kebakaran litar pintas, jalan berlubang, syiling jatuh dan bermacam lagi. Punca utama ianya terjadi adalah kerana projek tersebut tidak diselia oleh JKR. Ianya telah diselia oleh para guru yang bukan kepakaran mereka dalam pengurusan projek.

Guru ini bukan sahaja tiada kepakaran malah ditipu oleh kontraktor kerana mereka percaya sepenuhnya terhadap anggaran kos yang diberi oleh kontraktor. Sebagai contoh projek bernilai rm100000 telah dibayar rm180000 oleh pengurusan sekolah. Tak cukup dengan itu mereka bersekongkol dengan kontraktor untuk menjalankan 'sebutharga terhad palsu' bagi mendapatkan keuntungan luarbiasa(ada plak tu siap 'pow' kontraktor buat renovation rumah secara percuma) dan nak menghalalkan cara supaya disebut TELUS.

Kedangkalan guru telah menyebabkan kerajaan rugi ratusan juta ringgit setahun. Kerugian tidak terhad pada wang ringgit malah nyawa murid/pelajar juga dijadikan taruhan. Projek bermasalah ini boleh meragut nyawa tatkala mereka berada di premis sekolah yang diselenggara oleh guru yang bukan pakar seperti JKR atau PERUNDING.

Kementerian Kewangan mesti menguatkuasakan peraturan yang melibatkan KERJA agar mereka yang berkepakaran sahaja diberi kuasa untuk menyelia KERJA di premis kerajaan. Ini untuk mengelakkan pembaziran dan ketirisan.

Kontraktor pula perlu lebih jujur dan tidak terlampau tamak bila berurusan dengan kerajaan. Cukup sekadar 15% keuntungan macam kos rm100000 caj kat kerajaan rm115000 udah ler.

BPR mestilah proaktif, tidak perlu tunggu sehingga sesuatu buruk berlaku. Mereka boleh melangkah lebih jauh dengan mewujudkan jawatan KADER seperti jurutera dan akauntan untuk membantu mereka dalam siasatan.

Diharap luahan ini diambil kira oleh TREASURY untuk kebaikan negara secara keseluruhannya.


p/s betul ke setpol si Auw Mudin da gerak bagi projek pada 'con'traktor F secara direct negotiation untuk jawatan naib presiden melalui kementerian yang diterajuinya. Guna duit kerajaan untuk lobi tak salah untuk ameno... Jangan marah ye! Auw!!!
