sad....very sad scenario
when someone entrusted to guard the government coffers, to uphold the fiscal thingy wisely...but betrayed us just like 'harapkan pagar, pagar makan padi'
the moment the document can't be passed with genuine justifiable, in order sequence...you should knew something 'fishy' occurred...smell very bad
the integrity of the officer could be questioned...the cover-up of past officer mistakes for the sake of PTD's reputation must be maintained(the brotherhood)... swept everything under the carpet...after all the person-in-charge in other ministry are 'our people' too
yes....we don't have the document but we can get it from the third party
but Allah is great... when 'fishy' things tend to be swept(corrected although it will cost the government some huge amount of money...nevermind)...the swept will leaves the dust at stake....they'll make mistake
huh...just couldn't know who we can trust now
frustrated yes....give-up, never as long as i'm alive
