can Melaka survive 2010 deficit?

despite complaint from contractors and suppliers of grandious SUKMA event on the late payments which probably forward due in 2011, Melaka still have courage to give the 'first lady' a tittle that people wont forget during pPM visit's recently

somebody say it was a sign of 'bodek' to get funds(be it borrowings or grants) from the federal government to top-up the current(rumours) RM50 million deficit

the state 2010 budget have proposed a RM375 million worth of money to be spent according to BERNAMA

to assume the deficit to become reality must be a hard 'heart-attack' to the present government of the day(let say -475m actual spent from +375m proposed equal to 26.67% deficit) to swallowed....especially when you have reached a developed state status

maybe the current leadership needs to visits Rahim Thamby Chik seeking advice on how he can succeed to left the government with a RM500 million in reserves...its not a sin to ask from him(the way I do it)
