lets face it, he just plainly planned that at the wrong time
first his children's graduation in U.S.A
and now his children's engagement in Kazakhstan
he just plainly forgotten all those important dates of his families member
you just cant blame him because he forgetful but not senile yet
he is still young
impossible for him to use his position because his officers just dont know the important dates of his families member too
forgive him not? will you?
it just so sudden the graduation day and the day the 'proposal of will you marry me' happen during his official's visits

the sun still shine, just make a hay out of it
