how serious are the civil servants want to follow this 'mantra'?
do they really listen and understand those 'lines'?
do they really know their 'core business'? each and every one of them!
from 8 to 5, can they really justify what they've done? each hours minus 1 to 2!
do they really 'care' what public think about them? the 'perception' thingy!
WE NEED THE RIGHT SIZE OF PUBLIC SERVANTS POPULATION...WE'RE OVERSIZED NOW!!!
too much things that can be perform by 1 person being done by 4 people...whats that?efficiency?
