intro on government procurement

to those out there who have experiences dealing with Malaysia government will now realise that the Treasury have open the direct procurement below RM50,000p.a. to non bumis without have to register and so on

this new ruling have started December 2007 to gave a feel good factor during the election to non bumis

previously the government restricted that non bumis can only dealt with government if the direct procurement on an item not exceeding RM10,000p.a.

okay, cut the crap... if you want success in the deal.... read the ruling first coz sometimes government staff themselves doesn't know about the rules... they make your payment delayed of their ignorants

so the 'KEY' is to surf the www.treasury.gov.my
