Mutakhir ini sering kali kita dengar masalah yang melibatkan bangunan kerajaan di sekolah seperti tembok pagar runtuh, kebakaran litar pintas, jalan berlubang, syiling jatuh dan bermacam lagi. Punca utama ianya terjadi adalah kerana projek tersebut tidak diselia oleh JKR. Ianya telah diselia oleh para guru yang bukan kepakaran mereka dalam pengurusan projek.

Guru ini bukan sahaja tiada kepakaran malah ditipu oleh kontraktor kerana mereka percaya sepenuhnya terhadap anggaran kos yang diberi oleh kontraktor. Sebagai contoh projek bernilai rm100000 telah dibayar rm180000 oleh pengurusan sekolah. Tak cukup dengan itu mereka bersekongkol dengan kontraktor untuk menjalankan 'sebutharga terhad palsu' bagi mendapatkan keuntungan luarbiasa(ada plak tu siap 'pow' kontraktor buat renovation rumah secara percuma) dan nak menghalalkan cara supaya disebut TELUS.

Kedangkalan guru telah menyebabkan kerajaan rugi ratusan juta ringgit setahun. Kerugian tidak terhad pada wang ringgit malah nyawa murid/pelajar juga dijadikan taruhan. Projek bermasalah ini boleh meragut nyawa tatkala mereka berada di premis sekolah yang diselenggara oleh guru yang bukan pakar seperti JKR atau PERUNDING.

Kementerian Kewangan mesti menguatkuasakan peraturan yang melibatkan KERJA agar mereka yang berkepakaran sahaja diberi kuasa untuk menyelia KERJA di premis kerajaan. Ini untuk mengelakkan pembaziran dan ketirisan.

Kontraktor pula perlu lebih jujur dan tidak terlampau tamak bila berurusan dengan kerajaan. Cukup sekadar 15% keuntungan macam kos rm100000 caj kat kerajaan rm115000 udah ler.

BPR mestilah proaktif, tidak perlu tunggu sehingga sesuatu buruk berlaku. Mereka boleh melangkah lebih jauh dengan mewujudkan jawatan KADER seperti jurutera dan akauntan untuk membantu mereka dalam siasatan.

Diharap luahan ini diambil kira oleh TREASURY untuk kebaikan negara secara keseluruhannya.

Through out this week, we’ll be focusing on Anwar issue and not the real issue at heart; misery of rakyat due to the fuel hike, Be End weaknesses and internal bickering.

Be End succeed in its attempt to divert the national issue and let rakyat forget about their mistakes in governing our government.

tahun lepas, saya dimaklumkan oleh seorang teman, kementerian kewangan ada mencadangkan mekanisme penggunaan mykad bagi menangani masalah pengagihan petrol dan diesel yang lebih adil kepada yang 'hak'

apapun cadangan yang akan dikemukakan kelak, ianya pasti mengundang kelemahan dalam implementasi, samada dari segi penyalahgunaan 'keistimewaan' sebagai penerima subsidi ataupun pengendali agihan subsidi

jelasnya, bermula ogos 2008, rakyat malaysia mungkin menerima satu lagi tempias kerakusan kapitalis dunia global menghadapi kenaikan kos sara hidup berikutan penstrukturan semula subsidi minyak( kenapa tidak kapitalis ini dihalang dan PBB buat satu resolusi/ketetapan supaya minyak dijadikan barang kawalan di seluruh dunia, i wonder why )

kemungkinan 'kepenggunaan' bahan api berkurangan disebabkan kosnya meningkat tidak dapat dielakkan

Sebelum azalina komen...saya dah komen lama dah

merujuk kepada berita utusan malaysia hari ini saya berkenan sungguh untuk mengulasnya

ini kerana sejak saya memasuki perkhidmatan awam tahun 200x saya telah menegur jabatan kesihatan negeri yang telah banyak kali menganjurkan program bersama masyarakat, dan acapkali alasan yang diberi ialah ' tiada doorgift...tak jalan program...orang ramai tak datang ler nanti".

malang nya bila saya berhubung dengan rakan sejawat saya yang sambung belajar di ireland dan sekarang bertugas dengan salah satu agensi kerajaan di sana...mereka menyatakan program sebegini cuma akan di beri peruntukan yang minima iaitu mengikut jam seperti yang diamalkan di u.s.a.

sedih sungguh apabila dalam tahun 200y dan 200z apabila saya menegur pula jabatan belia dan sukan negeri yang suka sangat beli t-shirt dan kemeja bagi staf mereka untuk setiap program yang mereka anjurkan...bukan ler saya nak cemburu dengan jabatan mereka yang sesuka hati beli baju itu dan ini...cuma tak kena tempat ler bila jbsn ni salah gunakan duit rakyat untuk kepentingan mereka

kenapa bila ada program...staf pun nak kena ader baju baru gak...diorang takde baju kat rumah ker....ader sekali tu saya tegur sehingga mereka terpaksa dapatkan kebenaran khas dari kementerian kewangan...dan kementerian kewangan beri amaran kepada mereka agar perkara ini(pakaian untuk staf) tidak berulang lagi di masa hadapan

tetapi malang sekali lagi...ianya tetap berulang dan dengan cara yang berbeza

jadi tua-puan di luar sana....ingatlah bagi jabatan(ptj-ptj) di luar sana...tak dapat cara A ...cara B korang gunakan betol tak?

korang ni memang tak tau nak berjimat cermat untuk kerajaan... nasib baik orang macam aku ni ada...kalau tak memang takder check & balance langsung ler jawabnya

so beware arrrr

kepada kakitangan awam dan bank bersabar saja lah menghadapi kenaikan kos hidup

walaupun tiada bonus dan saguhati... produktiviti janganlah kita abaikan

this new ruling have started December 2007 to gave a feel good factor during the election to non bumis

previously the government restricted that non bumis can only dealt with government if the direct procurement on an item not exceeding RM10,000p.a.

okay, cut the crap... if you want success in the deal.... read the ruling first coz sometimes government staff themselves doesn't know about the rules... they make your payment delayed of their ignorants

Dalam wawancara TV3 bersama dengan Prof. Diraja Ungku Aziz semalam di Buletin Utama, Prof menekankan betapa pentingnya kita memahami NAHU bahasa terlebih dahulu sebelum boleh pergi lebih jauh lagi dalam pembelajaran.

Beliau juga ada menyebut tentang keadaan bila kita terlampau banyak sangat SLOGAN boleh menyebabkan fikiran menjadi buntu apabila ditanya tentang jenis politik yang boleh mencaknakan sistem pendidikan.

Nampak gayanya, Prof juga telah menyedari tentang kelemahan sistem pendidikan kita sekarang yang terlampau dipolitikkan oleh Be End. Mereka telah menempatkan PROKSI yang boleh mengekalkan mereka dalam pemerintahan dan bukannya golongan ILMIAH yang tulin.

KPT sendiri telah banyak menyalahgunakan kuasa apabila mencampuri proses pilihanraya MPP di IPTA, manakala KPM pula lebih banyak memutarbelitkan nombor untuk mengaburi rakyat jelata bahawa pendidikan kita makin meningkat.

Mana mungkin keputusan peperiksaan di peringkat 'secondary' begitu memberangsangkan sedangkan IPTA kita tiada dalam senarai 'Top 200 University in the World'. Ini menunjukkan mereka telah memanipulasi sistem pendidikan untuk menipu rakyat.

Dengan ciri-ciri guru yang kita ada sekarang, adakah benar prestasi yang telah diumumkan oleh kementerian yang terbabit?

Guru yang ada sekarang ini(era pasca tahun 2000) adalah guru yang menjadikan kerjaya ini sebagai KERJAYA PICISAN(cuma baca buku teks seperti yang dinyatakan oleh Prof Khoo Kay Kim). Ini adalah kerjaya yang terpaksa mereka ambil apabila tamat pengajian kerana peluang pekerjaan yang ada dalam pasaran amat terhad dengan bilangan yang keluar dari IPTA setiap tahun.

Apapun kaedah yang akan digunakan oleh KPM dan KPT kelak dalam memartabatkan sistem pendidikan kita, ianya hendaklah berpaksikan kepada keadilan(meletakkan sesuatu ditempat yang betul)

Ingatlah bahawa manusia itu perlu berpesan-pesan dengan kebenaran dan kesabaran.

Apabila 'bapak ketam' mula BERKOKOK...

Semalam di Kelantan, TPM telah menjanjikan pembangunan yang maha dahsyat kepada rakyat Cik Siti Wan Kembang itu.

Kenapa baru sekarang hendak bawa pembangunan.. kenapa perlu ada keserasian antara persekutuan dan negeri dalam mengajukan perubahan di sesuatu negeri itu.

Bukankah tanggungjawab JKR (i meant federal of course as stated in the constitution) UNTUK MENYEDIAKAN SEMUA INFRASTRUKTUR YANG SELESA kepada rakyat jelata.

Mengapa di Kelantan, JKR tidak boleh buat masjid untuk orang Islam di sana?

Apakah takut projek tak sampai ke tangan yang DIPAYUNGI?

Apakah selepas BE END menang di Kelantan, peratus pegangan bumiputera akan makin bertambah atau akan makin mengecut seperti yang terjadi di negeri-negeri yang sudah dikuasai oleh Be End sekarang ini?

Di mana Kementerian Kewangan hendak keruk duit untuk semua Projek Koridor yang di WAS-WAS kan oleh PM Flip Flop kita?

Sejak Flip Flop memerintah, belanjawan negara semuanya EXCEED RM100 bilion setahun. Di zaman Tun Mahathir tidak pernah terjadi begini, walaupun projek-projek mega dilaksanakan.

Inilah padahnya bila negara dipimpin oleh orang yang tak suka MEMBACA tapi suka TIDUR. Pandai tipu orang kampung saje masa jadi imam solat berjemaah. Konon alim sangat lah tu. Tapi belakang orang kampung buat function 'merry go hell'.. dressing belah sana dan sini .. panggil band itu dan ini.
